Chef David Cordúa’s all-day restaurant, bar and lounge, The Lymbar, features a Latin-Mediterranean fusion menu served in a comfortably chic setting. Cordúa’s own family served as inspiration for the space. His grandparents owned a home on Lymbar Dr., and the restaurant is a tribute to them.

Designed by Gin Braverman of Gin Design Group — who was also Cordúa’s childhood babysitter — the 4,000-square-foot restaurant fuses familiarity and modernity. The designer drew inspiration from shared childhood memories of Cordúa’s family home and layered Latin American, Lebanese, and Mediterranean textures and art over classic midcentury materials and colors to create an intimate and cozy space.
