Chevys Fresh Mex will make a return to the Nevada market in a big way later this summer. Parent company Xperience Restaurant Group plans to open a 13,000-square-foot location in Las Vegas that will seat more than 400 guests.
One key design feature will be the floor-to-ceiling windows that will provide views of the infamous Las Vegas Strip as well as T-Mobile Arena and Park MGM.
The restaurant will also include Chevys frozen margarita wall offering guests a variety of flavors they can consume onsite or to go, as well as a Piñata Private Party Space featuring Olé, the brand’s piñata mascot. The restaurant will also offer many grab-and-go menu items. Also contributing to the colorful atmosphere will be what the brand describes as “playful” tilework, mismatched rustic chairs and vibrantly colored walls. An array of televisions throughout the restaurant and bar area will add to the audio-visual experience.
Founded in 1986 in Northern California, Chevys will have 23 locations across the country when this unit officially opens its doors. Chevys was acquired by XRG in 2018 and is one of nine Mexican restaurant brands owned and operated by XRG.
