Located on the 12th floor of the Address Fountain Views Hotel in Dubai, Nazcaa offers a unique take on Nikkei gastronomy, the fusion of Peruvian and Japanese flavors.

Designed by Habitat Architects and executed by Znera Space, Nazcaa draws inspiration from the Nazca Lines, massive line drawings or geoglyphs etched on the arid Pampa Colorada, northwest of Nazca, in southern Peru.

The restaurant's design intricately weaves the lines into every facet of the interior. The restaurant’s layout divides into cozy areas that open to both a bar and an outdoor area with spectacular views of downtown Dubai. The colors, shapes and materials evoke Peruvian culture with Japanese design principles. Symbolic of the desert landscape, earthy shades of sandy beige, rich cocoa and spicy mustard cover most spaces.

The Nazca Lines are also reflected in the ceiling design. Floating glass crystal doves are suspended from the ceiling to simulate nature within the confines of the restaurant. The marble floor is an abstract representation of the geoglyphs. Brown sandy wooden flooring and low-lying desert plants anchor the outdoor space, offering unobstructed views of the city.
