Levy Restaurants has opened a new restaurant at Orlando’s Disney Springs called Paddlefish. The operation is based on a modern steamboat and occupies the space once filled by Fulton's Crab House.
Paddlefish’s design was inspired by modern yachts. It features clean lines, wood finishes a blue and gray color palette. The restaurant offers dining on three levels, including the rooftop.
The design features a bar that overlooks a moving paddlewheel. All the windows in the restaurant open, providing an open-air feel.
