Tava Indian Kitchen announced a makeover that includes a new name, logo, restaurant design and an updated menu.
The concept, now Tava Kitchen, features clean lines, more modern finishes and natural light that helps create a warm environment. Its new, simpler logo features geometric tiles, also emphasizing the stores’ welcoming atmosphere.
The menu, meanwhile, has been reworked to offer “an approachable, modern take on South Asian cuisine,” said CEO Jeremey Morgan.
This reworked menu has a number of entrees that can be served with rice or in a wrap and with six proteins. These include chicken tikka masala, lamb meatballs, braised beef, pineapple glazed salmon and Asian tofu. Sides include glazed sweet potatoes, roasted baby carrots with cumin and coriander, and chilled Brussels sprouts and grapes with a mint chutney.
