STK Opens Newly Designed Restaurant in Orlando

The ONE Group and ICRAVE, a New York-based design studio, teamed up to design the latest STK restaurant, this one in Orlando in Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Red Ginger Opens in Miami Beach

Red Ginger, a Southeast Asian concept designed by Stantec, a Canadianarchitecture and design firm, opened in Miami Beach’s upscale residential district South of Fifth. The 3,300-square-foot restaurant sits on the ground floor of a new 8-story building, which was also designed by Stantec and developed by the boutique management company Menin Hospitality.

Stephen Starr Opens Le Zoo in Miami

Kuro Opens at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

The AAA Four-Diamond rated Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., in late March unveiled its newest dining venue, Kuro Japanese Craft Kitchen. Designed by New York-based David Mexico Design Group, the 240-seat restaurant features an open-concept incorporating elements of land and sea throughout the space. Guests enter from the resort lobby, passing a feature wall comprised of 100,000 hand-placed sea shells.
