Tour the Design Trends 2019
On June 10, restaurant development + design’s fourth annual Tour the Design Trends took a group of 60 architects, designers and consultants on a behind-the-scenes tour of some of the hottest new restaurants in Chicago.
The Tour kicked off with a breakfast and keynote discussion at the St. Jane Hotel – the newly renovated and rebranded space in the historic Carbide & Carbon building, former home of the Hard Rock Hotel. From there, a trolley tour took attendees around Chicago to four beautiful new restaurants that just opened within the last year. To get a better sense of the Tour, take a look at the images and descriptions below. You can also check out our past Tour’s from 2018, 2017 and 2016.
