Aster Hall is part of an ongoing reimaging of a landmark lifestyle and shopping destination in the Gold Coast neighborhood. The 22,000-square-foot food hall from multiconcept operator Hogsalt — known for creating innovative handcrafted food and beverage programs — offers 16 distinct “food vaults” or foodservice stations as well as a variety of seating styles spanning its two levels. From coffee to cocktails, AvroKo’s design allows the facility to seamlessly transition from one daypart to the next all under the direction of one operator.
