Designed by Peggy Leung, Blu on the Hudson is a 30,000-square-foot modern American restaurant with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline from Weehawken, N.J. The sprawling interior features a cozy lounge and large fireplace that segues into a main dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. A white marble-topped bar centers the space. Behind the bar, an array of dining alcoves with green tropically inspired walls creates a lush environment. Two private dining rooms feature a curated wine wall. A sliding glass door separates the restaurant from Blu Sushi Bar, which features red cherry blossom wallpaper, natural wood tables and a marble bar.
