The full-service LondonHouse Chicago, a luxury lifestyle hotel, opened in the summer of 2016 with 452 luxury guest rooms and suites featuring scenic views of North Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive, the Chicago River and many other city landmarks is where we kicked off the 2017 event. We had the unique pleasure of getting the history and design thought process of the space by Carrie Tolman, principal at Simeone Deary Design Group, who took on the LondonHouse project. Food and beverage options we toured includes Chicago’s only tri-level rooftop venue featuring private dining spaces, an indoor bar, outdoor rooftop terraces, and a private top floor Cupola, a lobby bar, and Land & Lake Kitchen, a chef-driven restaurant opening in summer 2017.
