Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a chicken franchise with 14 restaurants open across the U.S. and another 118 sold, signed a deal to bring three new locations to Wisconsin. Founded in 1994 in College Station, Texas, the chicken chain has signed a three-unit deal with Lucas, Josh, and Randy Bergeson and Yodani Hernandez.
The first Layne’s Chicken Fingers will open in Janesville in spring 2024.
Last year, the brand signed 48 new franchise agreements. With this entry into Wisconsin, Layne’s is one step closer to its goal of having 50 units by the end of 2025.
