Located on the 18th floor of the Viceroy Chicago hotel, Pandan is an elevated cocktail lounge that takes its name from a popular Southeast Asian plant. Designed by Convexity in collaboration with ESG, the concept pairs flavor-forward cocktails with light bites inspired from Southeast Asian flavors developed by executive chef Verlord Laguatan.
The cocktail lounge offers expansive views of the city skyline from its luxe interior. The 65-seat lounge and bar features lush greenery and eye-catching teal tile and gold accents, marrying Pandan’s Southeast Asian perspective with Viceroy Chicago’s art deco design. The dining area divides into three separate lounge areas that seat 10 each on velvet chairs and leather sofas.
