Vocelli Pizza signed a franchise agreement with Gary Nichols to expand its footprint into Texas. Expected to open later this year, the deal marks a significant milestone in Vocelli's franchise growth as the brand further expands its national footprint.
Image courtesy of Vocelli PizzaThe restaurant will be in a newly developed 16,000-square-foot travel center in Fairfield, Texas. This location will debut a new, larger footprint designed by Griha Designs & Engineering, and will feature dine-in, carryout and delivery.

The brand has also focused expansion efforts to seek nontraditional location opportunities including malls, college campuses, airports and office buildings. In 2024, the brand opened a location at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Vocelli Pizza is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa., and currently has over 80 locations.
