St. Regis Hotels & Resorts has partnered with luxury Italian porcelain brand Ginori 1735 to bring Cafe Ginori to the St. Regis in Florence, the birthplace of the Ginori 1735 brand.

Cafe Ginori currently has a home at Bergdorf Goodman in New York, which opened in June of this year. This new partnership marks the brand’s first foray into hospitality in addition to being its first international expansion.

In 2025, the partnership with Ginori 1735 will expand across the Luxury Group portfolio at Marriott International, which owns St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. Following the Florence debut, Cafe Ginori will open at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi with more global locations to follow.

As the first luxury hospitality partner to launch, Cafe Ginori at the St. Regis Florence aims to craft a luxury culinary experience that celebrates la dolce vita.

Blending restaurant with retail, each Cafe Ginori location will feature select pieces from Ginori's Domus home decor collection. In addition to the brand’s signature Italian porcelain and tableware, guests will find Ginori 1735’s Oriente Italiano wallpaper as well as custom embroidered fabrics on cushions and chairs.

For guests seeking an extravagant keepsake, the partnership includes a Ginori coaster set designed exclusively for St. Regis — a bespoke collection of four coasters that pays homage to the Bloody Mary, a signature cocktail of the St. Regis brand.
