Canada-based Fluffy Fluffy, a dessert cafe known for Japanese-style souffle pancakes, recently opened a Frisco, Texas, location with a Dallas location planned to debut in March. These openings are the brand's entry into the Texas market. Additional franchised locations, including multi-unit deals, have been signed in key southern cities including Atlanta, Miami. and Orlando, Fla.
Fluffy Fluffy, known as Fuwa Fuwa in its international locations, currently has 30 locations open abroad, three locations open stateside, and 20 locations in development.
