MGM Grand, International Smoke

Chef Michael Mina and restaurateur Ayesha Curry have opened an International Smoke restaurant inside the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. With family customs and global cooking techniques at its foundation, International Smoke celebrates culture and tradition with creative smoke-infused and wood-fired dishes. The concept debuted in 2016 as a pop-up in MINA Test Kitchen and now has permanent locations in San Francisco, Miami and San Diego.

The high-energy space features three distinct seating areas, the main dining area, the patio and the bar. Overlooking the District at MGM Grand, the patio doubles as a social hub and lounge for people watching. Throughout the restaurant and patio guests can opt to sit at large round tables and comfortable booths. Televisions showing game day experiences surround the venue’s spacious bar, which sits in a central location within the restaurant.

Curry and Mina have created dishes that embrace barbecue and cooking styles from around the world. Offering an array of roasted shellfish, starters and entrees designed for sharing, the menu accommodates groups celebrating any occasion. International Smoke's beverage program, complete with craft cocktails, shareable punch bowls, wines and beers, complements the restaurant's food and vibe.
