Johnny Rockets debuted the first Johnny’s Burger Factory concept at Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga, N.Y., near Buffalo.
The new concept, which replaces a traditional Johnny Rockets that closed last year, focuses on the California-based chain’s targeted Millennial customers with an industrial-chic design featuring reclaimed wood, metal and a bamboo-constructed counter. Updated menu items, such as a sriracha pub burger, chicken tenders, salads and craft beers, are showcased on a video wall in the form of a digital chalkboard–like display.
