Noble 33 debuted its newest concept 1587 Prime, in downtown Kansas City. Developed in collaboration with NFL players Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, the two-story, 238-seat restaurant combines a contemporary steakhouse program with a design narrative that draws on both the city’s character and the energy of professional sports.
The interior, designed by The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry in partnership with Noble 33’s in-house team, features subtle references to the game throughout. A narrowing entry corridor is modeled after a stadium tunnel, while refrigerated dry-aging displays provide a preview of the menu. The ground floor includes a central bar, live music stage, and banquette seating, while the second floor houses private and semi-private dining spaces with views into the open kitchen.
Material selections and decorative details are intended to balance Noble 33’s signature aesthetic with local context. A grand staircase, layered lighting, and art installations define key spaces, and flexible seating configurations support a range of dining experiences.
Executive Chef Ryan Arnold’s menu focuses on premium cuts and classic steakhouse fare, complemented by a beverage program led by Beverage Director Juan Carlos Santana. The restaurant also incorporates products from regional purveyors and beverage producers. 1587 Prime is located at 1500 Baltimore Avenue and opens five nights a week, expanding to six in October.
