Avokado is an upscale cafe built within an entertainment complex filled with restaurants that offer tapas-style dining. The cafe is an all-day affair that transitions from daytime fare to late-night snacks and cocktails all in one space.

Planned around existing scattered trees within the complex, its design by Studio Dangg draws inspiration from both Indian and Mediterranean palettes, bringing together both at their most tropical points.

A fountain greets guests at the entrance. Clean and minimal furniture pair with handloomed jute rugs and linen curtains to provide the essence of a tropical oasis. The shape of the space is soft and curved, nestled within its natural setting. Bamboo and thatch roofing provides respite from the summer sun and drives home the tropical theme. Patterned basalt flooring is reminiscent of Mediterranean streets. Cane lamps pair with Bohemian macrame to balance the varied languages of the tropics.
