UFood Grill, the health-focused fast casual concept, debuted a newly-remodeled location in Terminal B at Logan International Airport in Boston.

Borrowing from the new prototype that was introduced last year for traditional in-line locations, the Logan remodel translates the design for the chain’s airport format.

The new prototype, designed by Interior Systems, Inc. (ISI) and Studio 500, averages 1,800 square feet but is flexible enough to accommodate larger or smaller spaces in any shape. This will serve as the backdrop for new, traditional UFood Grill locations in development in Boston and Baltimore. Each of these locations will feature about 36 seats for guests who choose to eat on premise. The chain plans to open more than 100 franchise locations over the next 4 years.
