The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is opening a new location in Bolingbrook, Ill. This is the brand's first entry into the state.
The 2,500 square foot location seats nearly 75 guests for both indoor and outdoor dining.
The restaurant is owned by franchisees Diala Michael and her mother, Carolyn Michael.
