Newk’s Eatery signed a deal to open 18 new stores across Texas and Oklahoma over the next few years with Full Belly Holdings, LLC., a franchisee that currently operates three stores in the Dallas metro area.
Ten stores will be added to the Dallas area and eight will be added throughout Oklahoma.
Newk’s Eatery was founded in 2004 in Jackson, Miss., and serves salads, sandwiches and pizzas prepared in an open kitchen. The chain has more than 120 restaurants in 16 states.
