Seoul Taco, the Korean-Mexican fast-casual fusion chain, plans to open restaurants in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood and in the Chicago suburb of Naperville.
Seoul Taco operates five locations in Illinois and Missouri. The brand’s Chicago flagship location opened in 2017 in the city’s River North neighborhood.
