St. Louis, Mo.-based fast-casual Sauce on the Side opened its first franchised location.
Sauce on the Side opened in 2012 and offers handmade calzones. The growing chain has three corporate-owned locations with 13 franchised locations currently in development, including four in the company’s home state of Missouri.
