Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop signed multiple franchise agreements that will bring new restaurants to Colorado, Utah, South Dakota and Delaware.
The chain, which recently debuted a new prototype, will open 12 new units in Colorado beginning in 2019 with long-time franchisee Ken Cornett. Capriotti’s also plans new restaurants for Denver, Fort Collins and Boulder. Additionally, Cornett is developing six units in Northern Utah.
Another deal will bring Capriotti’s to South Dakota for the first time. The chain will open the first unit in Lake Lorraine this summer and plans call for two more locations.
Capriotti's will expand in its founding market of Delaware by adding three units over the next three years.
