Biju’s Little Curry Shop, a four-store fast-casual operation focusing on south Indian-inspired foods, has opened a location inside the Whole Foods in Tarmak, Colo.
The restaurant has been integrated into Whole Foods’ prepared foods section and serves items like coconut curry chicken, vindaloo chicken bowls and masala beef. The operation is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This is the second Biju’s location to open in a Whole Foods. The first is located in a Whole Foods in Boulder, Colo.
