Crest Foods, the franchisor of Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip, has inked an area representative agreement covering Puerto Rico.
The deal is with Good For You Franchise, led by Mario Alverio Dominguez, who led the 2013 launch of the Red Mango Brand in Puerto Rico. That concept currently has 13 locations in the territory.
The agreement establishes Good For You Franchise as the exclusive area representative for Puerto Rico. It allows for the opening of up to 10 Toll House operations on the island over the next five years. This will include stand-alone and kiosk locations, some of which may be co-branded with Red Mango.
