Baha Mar continues to expand its design-forward dining portfolio with the debut of Leola, the latest restaurant concept from chef and restaurateur Scott Conant, located within the Grand Hyatt in Nassau, The Bahamas.

Occupying 8,800 square feet, Leola’s design emphasizes immersive atmosphere and architectural detail, offering a 106-seat main dining room, 130-seat outdoor terrace, two bars and a private dining room. The space was curated by RH and draws inspiration from the 1920s Italian speakeasy era, which blends period charm with modern refinement.

Inside, rich velvet furnishings, gilded accents, and ornate chandeliers establish a layered visual narrative that balances glamour and comfort. The design team used warm, ambient lighting to reinforce a sense of intimacy throughout the expansive floor plan, creating a seamless transition between interior and terrace dining areas. The result is a refined yet approachable environment that aligns with Grand Hyatt’s broader aesthetic of luxury hospitality paired with local warmth.

Positioned on the casino level of Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, Leola joins a lineup of concept-driven venues from world-renowned chefs including Marcus Samuelsson, Daniel Boulud, and Dario Cecchini. Together, these spaces reflect the resort’s commitment to culinary excellence and integrated guest experiences across its 1,000-acre master-planned property.

For Baha Mar, Leola underscores a continued investment in architecturally distinct restaurant spaces that merge international design influences with the character of The Bahamas.
