Gastamo Group, the Denver-based restaurant and hospitality development company, opened the fifth location of Homegrown Tap & Dough in Parker, Colo. Homegrown Tap & Dough was founded in Denver, Colo., in 2014.
Throughout all five of its locations, Homegrown Tap & Dough combines a cozy ski-lodge-inspired atmosphere with elevated casual dining. After three years in development, the Parker location carries on this tradition.
As part of Gastamo Group’s vision to create community-driven dining experiences, the Parker features a warm, rustic ambiance inspired by "luxury ranch living and the heritage of the American West," per a release.
Between the restaurant’s custom upholstery, bar design, and luxury residential finishes, the 275-seat space aims to become a community gathering place.
Additional custom interior elements were designed to reflect the town’s family-friendly and community-focused vibe. For instance, at the start of the 2025 summer season, an interactive play area will open. This space is designed for children, complete with a roping station where kids can practice their lassoing skills on calf roping dummies and a bocce ball court that can be watched from the bar and outdoor patio. The large outdoor patio space has potential for community events like outdoor concerts, private parties, and more.
With a strong emphasis on creating a space for sports enthusiasts, the restaurant boasts more TVs than any other Homegrown location, including three outdoor screens and a massive 150-inch projector for showcasing major sporting events and playoff games.
