Ontario-based boba tea shop Bobaroma has opened its second location in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada. Building on the success of its first store, which opened earlier this summer, Bobaroma’s new location features a vibrant interior with a sleek design.
Mindful Design Consulting, the creative force behind Bobaroma’s brand identity and first location designed the new store. With a slightly larger but more narrow space to work with, the design team took the opportunity to build on the brand’s aesthetic coupling bold golden and purple hues with white elements to create a clean, modern look.
The front counter features patterned tiles and draws customers in with its display of mochi donuts and an oversized, illuminated store logo. The inclusion of natural wood accents softens the overall design and adds an organic touch. The store’s layout includes various seating options to accommodate different group sizes, from intimate nooks to open areas for larger groups.
One of the standout features of the new design is the integration of bookshelves filled with books and plants that contribute to a homey atmosphere. Strategic use of mirrors to enhance light and space combats the narrowness of the space.
