With a design that centers on authenticity in material and form, Percy serves as the warm heart of Hearth, a 161-unit mixed-used complex in downtown Boise, Idaho. An oversized bar serves as Percy’s focal point and features a wide marble countertop and far-reaching bottle display. A central double-sided banquette further defines the space and offers loose seating to create small pockets for intimate dining.

The Post Company’s design strikes a balance between fine detailing and simplicity. The exposed utilities present a raw canvas that contrasts with carefully crafted millwork throughout the restaurant. Natural wood tones pair with polished, unlacquered brass, which will patina as it ages.
