Roy Rogers’ parent The Plamondon Companies has named Joseph Briglia director of real estate and franchise development.

Briglia will oversee the successful development, launch and operation of these locations and will work to secure new ground-up and conversion opportunities for the company and its franchisees. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the position, with a specialty in project feasibility, development, operations, and marketing for public-private partnerships in the lodging, sports and entertainment, concession and hospitality/convention center industries.

The Plamondon Companies’ holdings include six franchised hotels and nearly 50 Roy Rogers restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Currently, the restaurant brand is enjoying resurgence in many East Coast markets. Recent openings include Winchester, Va., and Rockville, Md. Other new restaurants are scheduled to debut in Gainesville, Va., Gambrills, Md., and two locations in New Jersey, Franklin and Flemington, later this year.
