Kellogg's has opened its first-ever permanent restaurant, Kellogg's NYC, located on Broadway in New York City.
The operation, which opened on July 4, specializes in dishes featuring Kellogg’s cereals. Menu offerings include milk- and ice cream-based creations that combine cereals with ingredients like green tea powder, lemon zest, toasted coconut and banana chips.
Christina Tosi, chef, owner and founder of Milk Bar, developed the restaurant’s menu. Partners include Sandra DiCapua with Eleven Madison Park and Anthony Rudolph, formerly with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group.
The operation will feature dine-in and carryout options, and has plans to offer a delivery service.
