Quick-serve chain Texas Chicken opened its first restaurant in New Zealand, with plans to open multiple restaurants in the U.S. and overseas in the next 10 years.
The opening of this restaurant, located in a lifestyle center in Auckland, will be followed another freestanding restaurant to open in November.
The new restaurant features the latest design package for Texas Chicken, the sister brand of Church's Chicken. In addition to the brand's signature menu items, including hand-breaded fried chicken and honey butter biscuits, the New Zealand restaurants will also include regional menu adaptations.
