Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch is expanding its footprint into the Pacific Northwest with a new location in Gresham, Ore.
The Louisiana-themed restaurant currently operates 34 locations in California, Nevada and Texas. This is the brand's first location in Oregon.
The Gresham location is locally owned and operated and follows the immersive storytelling design of other Huckleberry's locations. Guests find faux weeping willow trees, twinkling fireflies, Zydeco music, colorful murals and playful alligator accents throughout the restaurant.
Bayou inspired murals and playful themed accents are found throughout the restaurant.“From the moment you step inside a Huckleberry’s, it feels like you’ve been transported to the Louisiana bayou,” says Greg Graber, CEO of Heritage Restaurant Brands. “Guests are greeted like family in an atmosphere infused with Southern charm; it’s a place to enjoy comfort food served with genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to be an integral part of the Gresham community.”
