Fame London restaurant Gymkhana has two Michelin-stars and will soon have its first U.S. location when it opens at ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas this fall.

Gymkhana's design was inspired by India’s traditional private clubs, where Indian high society gathers to dine, drink, socialize and play sports. This new U.S. location also strengthens ARIA’s food and beverage program as a leading culinary destination on the Las Vegas Strip.

"Gymkhana in London has firmly established itself as a global destination, drawing guests from around the world for its remarkable, curated experience," says Ayesha Molino, president & COO of ARIA. "We're honored to partner with the JKS family to bring this iconic brand to Las Vegas, delivering something truly unforgettable, in a way only ARIA can."

Founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, the original Gymkhana debuted in London in 2013. The menu showcases tandoor-grilled specialties, classic regional curries, fragrant biryanis and chaat-style sharing plates. Alongside the signature offerings, there will be new dishes exclusive to the Las Vegas location.
