The Dearborn opened a new outpost at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5. 

Since opening in 2016 and under the leadership of business duo Amy and Clodagh Lawless, The Dearborn offers New American fare in industrial-chic digs in Chicago’s Loop neighborhood. 

The new concept emulates The Dearborn’s Midwestern approach to tavern-style menu offerings created by Executive Chef Aaron Cuschieri, hosted in a luxe and modern setting. 

The restaurant will be owned and operated by Chicago Hospitality Partners, a joint venture between Chicago native John Wober, President of Airbrands, and Master ConcessionAir (MCA).  Airbrands is a 100% Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) operator.
