Buena Papa Fry Bar has entered the New York market with its new franchise location. Situated directly across from the Belmont Raceway in Elmont, New York, this site was selected to draw in both locals and tourists to experience Buena Papa's signature gourmet fries. The Elmont location will be operated by franchise partner Jalpa Patel.
Propelled by their success on ABC’s Shark Tank, James and Johanna Windon, co-founders of Buena Papa, plan to continue the brand's expansion with the help of franchisees.
