With its unique flavor profiles and bayou-themed atmosphere, Huckleberry’s hopes to stand out in Texas’ breakfast/lunch market.

“Our expansion into Texas, my home state, is a significant milestone for the brand,” says Greg Graber, CEO of Huckleberry’s parent company Heritage Restaurant Brands.

Huckleberry’s parent company, Heritage Restaurant Brands (HRB) was founded in 2016. The San Luis Obispo, Calif.-based company is the franchisor of three brands, including 34-unit Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch. The brand plans to open 8-10 Huckleberry’s units in 2024.
