Fast-casual Kona Poké plans to add a third express location late this year and its first in Orlando, Fla., at Quantum Leap Winery.
Express locations consist of a shared location, a food trailer or a food hall configuration of the traditional Kona Poké brick and mortar prototype. Kona Poké Express at Quantum Leap Winery is the third Express location joining previous units in Satellite Beach and Miami, Fla. All locations offer a 100% no-contact food prep guarantee.
The menu will contain all top-selling items from brick and mortar locations including Signature Bowls and Build Your Own Bowls made with sushi-grade fresh fish, house sauces and more than 40 fresh toppings. Local delivery will be available via Uber Eats and Doordash.
The chain has interest in continuing to expand via express locations throughout Florida, per a release.
