Atlanta-based fast-casual restaurant chain gusto! opened its sixth location, this one in the North Buckhead neighborhood, in May.
“Needless to say, this will not be nor feel like a normal grand opening for us,” says founder Nate Hybl. “We open the doors of our beautiful new shop, but with a limited service model of take-away, curbside pickup and delivery options. We will also refrain from any major marketing campaigns that might encourage a crowd. From our current perspective, this is the safest strategy for our team members and our new neighborhood.”
The menu at gusto! features made-to-order bowls and wraps with global flavor profiles, from chile sesame BBQ to tzatziki lemon artichoke.
When guests can finally enjoy the dining room, they’ll find the brand’s modern industrial aesthetic complemented with cypress panels setting off the white exterior. Fun, upbeat music will set the tone for the dining experience, and garage-style doors open onto an intimate patio.
