Popular Dallas restaurant and bar The Rustic is opening its second location, this one in Houston, in 2018.
Created by Kyle Noonan, Josh Sepkowitz and country artist Pat Green of FreeRange Concepts, The Rustic opened in Uptown Dallas in 2013. The restaurant features a casual bar atmosphere, a stage for live musical acts and full-service dining. The same mix will be part of the Houston location.
The 25,000-square-foot space will have a large outdoor stage and patio with a retractable roof, two VIP areas flanking both sides of the stage, an Uber Lounge and The Rustic’s signature u-shaped bar backed by a massive U.S. flag made with beer cans.
The Rustic in Houston will be on Polk St., near both the George R. Brown Convention Center and the Toyota Center, and will include space for large-scale events and corporate gatherings.
