Central Florida-based chicken tenders chain Huey Magoo’s opened its ninth location, an 1,875-square-foot store located in Champions Gate, Fla., owned by franchisees Chris and McKenzie Cohen.

This is the second location for Huey Magoo’s this year and the chain plans to open four more: three in Florida and one in Georgia. With seven units open at the end of 2018, this means Huey Magoo’s will nearly double in size in 2019.

Huey Magoo’s was founded in 2014 by Matt Armstrong and Thad Hudgens. The chain debuted its first new prototype in 2017.
