Modmarket, a rapidly growing fast-casual concept offering "farm-fresh food for the modern lifestyle" in late February opened its seventh location, in the heart of Denver's popular 16th Street outdoor pedestrian mall.

ModMarketModMarketThe 3,400-square-foot restaurant, which formerly housed a McDonald's, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. It touts seasonal, healthful, scratch-made dishes for less than $10 served in less than 10 minutes in a welcoming, relaxed and inviting environment.

"Modmarket has been trying to find the perfect 16th Street location for two years. We love the energy of the mall and believe our offering is a perfect addition to the urban combination of retail, office and residential populations found here. The restaurant was designed to specifically cater to a downtown crowd and boasts many features that make it the perfect spot for working on the go while enjoying healthy food made fast," said Anthony Pigliacampo, Modmarket co-founder.

The company also recently opened a unit in the Concourse B Food Court of Denver International Airport and has another opening soon in Denver's Highlands Ranch neighborhood. Its first out-of-state unit, opening later this spring, is under development in the Dallas suburb of Flower Mound, Texas.
