Nora Restaurant & Bar, a Mediterranean restaurant that recently opened its doors in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, reimagines traditional dishes with unique twists influenced by recipes from Sardinia.

"We take pride in our commitment to blend authenticity with creativity at Nora," says Executive Chef Andres Carmona. "Our focus is not on replicating dishes found elsewhere, but on crafting uniquely inspired creations that elevate the diverse flavors of Mediterranean food to new heights."

The restaurant, which is located inside the Hotel Saint Clair, is a warm and inviting space inspired by the sun-drenched landscapes of the region. The space was inspired by owner and founder Benny Siddu’s childhood in Sardinia. Siddu is also the owner of popular Italian concept Volare Ristorante Italiano.
