Eero’s, which specializes in contemporary American cuisine, is named for early 20th-century Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen, designer of St. Louis’ iconic Gateway Arch among many other structures.

Localization is a theme that goes from the farm-fresh fare and local beer found on the menu through to the restaurant’s design, which incorporates nods to the city’s biggest traditions, including blues music, regional breweries and the aerospace industry.
