Hooters Opens First Location in Guadalajara Hooters opened its first location in Zapopan, Mexico, led by franchisee Hooters de Mexico. The Guadalajara location marks the seventeenth Hooters restaurant for the franchisee. Anithero Brings Izakaya to Detroit Working Class Outlaws’ new concept, located in suburban Detroit, is inspired by Japan’s izakayas — informal bar-focused restaurants where small plates are served.
