Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip has expanded its portfolio of nontraditional locations by opening a store in the San Diego Zoo.

The operation is located inside the zoo’s gift shop near the park exit. According to Chief Operating Officer Shawnon Bellah, its design matches traditional stores with one notable modification: the addition of window that allows zoo patrons to see team members decorate cookies.

This is just the most recent of Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip’s nontraditional stores. The company also has outlets at universities, events centers and even a car wash. The company says it expects to open additional stores in amusement parks and other zoos in the months and years ahead.
