III Forks Addison reimagined a legacy Texas steakhouse by boldly transforming a dated retail shell. This refined steakhouse destination will serve as the brand's flagship restaurant.

The project draws inspiration from the Trinity River in North Texas, which is primarily formed by (you guessed it) the forks of three rivers. The design draws from the ideas of convergence, abundance and growth – which will continue to serve as cornerstones for the brand as it continues to scale.

Each space pairs the concept of movement with layers of familiar steakhouse cues that balance both drama and comfort.

Upon accessing the space, guests flow into the front entry alongside recessed alcoves that display pottery, a motif that is repeated in the artwork used throughout the dining room. The brass-encased host stand represents the first nod to classic steakhouse design, other examples of which include dark millwork, leather and brass light fixtures.

Overall, the space supports a wide range of use cases, from casual dinners to private events, offering a scalable flagship model that will serve as the benchmark for future III Forks locations.
