Canadian chain Smoke’s Poutinerie opened a new location with HMSHost in Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Toronto has a vibrant food truck scene and this location brings a sense of local culture and food to the airport’s international arrivals terminal via its design, which resembles a food truck, and its cuisine – poutine is one of Canada’s signature dishes.
Smoke’s Poutinerie serves more than 40 variations on poutine (french fries loaded with cheese curds and brown gravy) and has more than 150 locations in Canada with 50 open or in development in the United Sates.
